Transaction was cancelled due to decision made about billing vs shipping. I am a snowbird and live in AZ, but spend summers in MN. So, if you have a policy that affects this, you should clearly post that PayPal is what you should use. It saves customer aggravation. I order stuff all the time with different mailing vs billing address. And, I think I even ordered from you guys before. Anyway, the gentleman I spoke with was professional but could be a little more understanding. You can eliminate customer dissatisfaction by just stating policies and not leaving it up to a front line person to make the decision. I re-ordered the part using PayPal, but I am not entirely happy with the overall process. You will undoubtedly be doing more online business, so perhaps time to up your game a little.
